The facial was very nice, the products used etc. The only improvement I would say my lady was rubbing a bit too aggressively. Enjoyed the facial otherwise!

I had a wonderful experience with Erica. From the moment I booked to the time I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The salon itself has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax. The results of my treatment were fantastic, and the head massage during my facial mask was an added bonus that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Erica and will definitely be returning!

Another 5 star experience at Nay's Beauty Room! The luxury Kaeso facial earns its name owing to the quality of the skincare and Nay's skills. It's soo relaxing 🥹 Calming music, a warm and cosy space, and the perfect pressure and application. I genuinely think I dozed off at one point and my skin has never looked better!! I would definitely recommend this treatment to people with sensitive skin like myself - treat yourself 😌💅

The space was spotlessly clean, warm, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The salon is equipped with excellent, high-quality equipment, and the atmosphere is calm and friendly. Nay's Kaeso facial was absolutely AMAZING. I came home and just admired my fave in the mirror bc I was GLOWING! Nay's created a warm, relaxing atmosphere where all your worries just melt away ❤️ I have fairly sensitive skin and none of the products irritated my face in any way, and Nay is incredible with her massages, consultation, and attention to detail. I've just found my favourite beauty treatment and I can't WAIT to go back, especially as we go into the cold winter months ✨🫶
