I found the hydro facial extremely good. I didn't like the suction part but it did really work well and I noticed a big difference overall just after. The lady at the clinic was really nice. I had a crease in my forehead and saggy jowels and there was a big improvement. My skin felt very soft

Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! Great experience as always with Vian. My hair was in need of some good TLC, she evened out my hair and got rid of all my split ends and breakages, resulting in my hair looking very healthy. The service was very friendly, the salon is very clean and tidy and just an overall great experience. I would recommend to anyone and I look forward to my next appointment.

Amazing full body massage. Oksana was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was just right, and she really focused on the areas I needed most. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

This place is a hidden gem of a hair salon in Crawley! Such a warm, welcoming, and kind environment. It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere was so positive, and so were the staff. I was given a great haircut by Nora and really enjoyed the experience, especially with a lovely cup of coffee. Will definitely visit again — thank you!

I been coming to vian since 2011 ; she had done my teenage children hair then, and my daughter still comes to vian know; throughout the last many years I always felt comfortable and welcome here , vian is the only hairdresser I have used since. She is friendly kind and caring. I will always suggest via to my friends and family! The kindest lady in Crawley is Vian.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Sophie is always the most friendly person to have as your stylist. She did an amazing job with my hair and also my 3 year old daughter! The most patient person you could ever wish to do your hair. My daughter has additional needs and wasn’t once made to feel under pressure or anything by Sophie. Such a warming environment in the salon and every member of staff is lovely x
