I had a session of facial exercises done for me, and it was fantastic! The person guiding me was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The exercises helped release tension, improved my circulation, and I could already see my face looking more toned and refreshed afterward. Fantastic massage. Miss Polly is one of the strongest and most capable masseuses I've ever had. I really feel the benefits as soon as I sit up and I felt a few inches taller I'd been stretched so well. The only Thai massage place in Bristol I recommend. And since moving to its current location it's just been getting better and better!

I love getting my nails done at The Beauty House Bristol - it's my treat to myself. My nails always look fabulous, thanks to the brilliant Courtney, and it's a fun place to spend an hour or two - everyone is so nice!

Lovely relaxing hydrafacial this afternoon with Kaliyah. She was an excellent therapist, talking through all the steps of the treatment. The salon was clean and welcoming even though it's tucked away in a corporate building. I bought the facial through Groupon and it was excellent value. Would recommend without hesitation 😊

The most relaxing facial by Agneta, first time visit and will definately be back. Very informative, friendly and very professional. A wonderful afternoon treat

Amazing treatment as always. I always leave feeling completely restored. Can't recommend the back facial enough, amazing combination of deep cleansing and deep relaxation, so glad I found Kezz as only place I know that offers this treatment. She also always offers bespoke advice on how to get the most from products to use at home, thank you!

Treatment was excellent, great massage and facial. But package was difficult as nobody was there to greet me and hence I didnt get my cream tea until much later than booked and it was all a bit backwards and not clear what to do.

Had Kirsty 's new Autumn facial today, absolutely amazing and all the autumnal smells were amazing, especially the chocolate mask/scrub. Highly recommend this facial

Been going to Kerry on a monthly basis for years, what she doesn't know about skincare is not worth knowing!
