I don’t think words can do justice of how incredible my Japanese Head Spa experience was. The massage into the facial and then the head spa, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed during a treatment before. I can’t wait to come back for another. Thank you so much xx

First time customer - I came in today for help to remove some extremely matted nano hair extensions and was lucky enough to have my natural hair saved with a cut toner and mask as well by Georgie,Tianey and Nicole. They were so lovely and did an 11/10 job. I’m glad I have found such a fantastic salon.

I had a facial treatment and it was one of the best skincare experiences I’ve had. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the therapist really took time to understand my skin concerns. The treatment was relaxing, with soothing techniques and products that left my skin refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. Nothing felt rushed, and every step was explained clearly. I left feeling relaxed and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a real boost.

I had a Havening treatment last night , and it was a truly powerful experience. During the session, I found myself crying, which I hadn’t expected, but it felt so cleansing and natural. It was as though a weight I’d been carrying for a long time was finally being released. The process felt gentle yet incredibly effective, and I left feeling lighter and more at peace than I have in ages. I genuinely believe the treatment worked on a deep level, and I’m so grateful for the care and support I received throughout the session.

my wash was amazing it felt so good, i explained to jamie i felt the ends of my hair was dry, she said she will do a hair mask and recommend the beauty works 10 in 1 miracle spray and argan oil which jamie usually uses on me and makes my hair feel so good every time i leave and lasts days, i purchased these for an amazing price and im so happy to have some good products to help my hair, thank you jamie for caring about my hair every time :)

Me & mum had a relaxing facial with jelly mask. We was able to have it done together which made it fun. Both Michelle & Rachel are lovely & we had a great time.
