I could not recommend Charlotte enough. I was lucky enough to of won my facial through a competition. It was the most relaxing experience from start to finish, she explained the steps, the benefits to my skin and I genuinely saw a noticeable difference when I left. Charlotte is so friendly, bubbly and makes you feel so comfortable. Also her room smells insane! Thank you again.

I’ve just had the Signature Glass Skin Facial with Vici and WOW… absolutely glorious! ✨ From start to finish, she made the whole experience feel luxurious, relaxing and completely personalised. My skin has literally never looked so fresh and glowy — exactly what I’ve been needing! Vici was super friendly, instantly made you feel comfortable and was clearly very knowledgable! I had the most amazing hot stone sports massage! The room was calm and cosy, and Jo made me feel relaxed straight away. The stones were the perfect temperature and melted all the tension out of my shoulders and back. I left feeling light, calm, and refreshed.
