It was good. I enjoyed the facial itself however it was a bit noisy compared to other facial experiences I've had. Can't be helped with the layout of the salon. But my skin feels soft and clean after my session.

Leyla is literally a therapist, beautician and business advisor in one. Could not recommend enough. Literally was on the verge of falling asleep during my facial. I am obsessed. Not even one slightly bad thing to even consider about going to her. <3

Would highly recommend Serene Retreat and Social Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional and welcoming salon. The ladies at Serene are exceptional, I first got a pedicure with Jinn which was excellent, she paid particular attention to my cuticles (which definitely needed it) and she gave me a great foot massage. I just got a facial today, although I didn’t catch the name of the lady doing it she was wonderful and created a very calming atmosphere. Nancy gave an exceptional foot massage while I got my facial as well. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you ladies!

Kim gives you the most natural looking brow shape and tint with hair stroke fill! and full lashes that compliment your facial structure. In a nut shell, mad skills!!

Tina gave special attention and care of my daughter's 17yr old skin during the facial. Nancy's foot and leg massage was relaxing and releasing of any tension. Amazing treatment.

I went into Skyland today with 2 inch dark roots with the rest bleached blonde. I walked out with beautiful hair. Samira listened to what I wanted then went on to combine colours like an artist focused on a masterpiece. I felt like an important valued customer throughout the experience. Im sorry to have forgotten the other ladies’ names, but they also contributed to my wonderful experience. One cutting my hair with layers along the bottom that blended perfectly. The other giving me a hydra facial that got me so relaxed & left my skin looking fresh, hydrated & dare I say, younger.

Such an amazing Korean glass skin facial—so calming I nearly dozed off! I left feeling refreshed, and my brows and lashes have never looked this good. Total confidence boost! Cant wait to go back 🤍

Really great experience, paid attention to what I asked for and asked her own questions to make sure we were on the same page, and the final result was gorgeous!

This was by far the best experience of my life. The staff was accommodating. Tina, the staff who was doing my facial and massage was sweet, asked if I was okay, and ran me through the steps as it was my first time with them. 10/10 experience and will come again!!!
