Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! Jane is highly professional and detailed with her services. She is knowledgeable and won't recommend something for you if she didn't genuinely think it would benefit you. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the beauty space so I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have seen great results within the first few days of just a tweak in 2 skincare products she recommended and am reaping the benefits from her 'Let Jane Decide' facial where she addressed the concerns I had teamed with her expert analysis to achieve the facial my skin didn't know it needed! Jane is very professional and so gentle on her work. I did an initial hyrdofacial session with her and the messages she did on my face and neck felt so comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved the results at the end.

I’ve never been to a facial where the person actually takes the time to sit and understand the conditions of your skin but also is willing to help heal everything!
