The ladies here are so welcoming, friendly, trustworthy and provide relevant hair care treatment advice specific to your hair, by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in Rockhampton. I recently had the Nano Treatment and the results were amazing! The Nano Treatment not only does what it is meant too but, has saved me an exceptional amount of time on my daily hair routine. This will now be part of my future hair journey and this salon is now my go to for all my hair care needs.

Always a beautiful experience. The facials Eleanora gives are so relaxing. Eleanora will give you a personal touch as well guiding you to what is best for your facial that day. And the neck massage that accompanies the facial is sooo good. And the aromas are bliss.

I’ve had lash extensions, lash lifts and facials here and every experience has been amazing. The salon is beautifully renovated, relaxing and inviting, and the service is always professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain treatments and make you feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and glowing. It’s honestly become something I look forward to every fortnight.

Beautiful salon, so aesthetic. Music choice for early morning could have been a bit more relaxed and calming. Loved the head massage and the eye mask was an added extra I didn’t expect which made the experience feel extra lux.
