One of the best experiences of my lifetime. I would have to rate it 150 % for class, style, etiquette, studio was absolutely stunning loved the neutral colours and smells from the oils and incense. Very friendly, well educated and a very calming person and place. Even gave me a cup of tea afterwards. Not many massage places in Perth do that anymore. Hats off to the ladies and the boss who made this possible.

I had an amazing facial with Bruna! Since I moved to Perth, I’ve been struggling to find a good facial therapist who does proper extractions and this was exactly what my skin needed. She did a thorough treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, painless extractions and a relaxing face shoulder amd head massage. My skin has improved so much since, and my breakouts have noticeably reduced. The massage was incredibly relaxing too! Such a calming experience from start to finish and pricing is reasonable too. Truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend Bruna if you’re looking for an amazing experience❤️😊

From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up. Kylie took the time to understand my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which made me feel completely comfortable and looked after. Best beautician in Perth for eyebrows shaping and lash tinting. I've been to many but the shape is excellent no stinging with the eyes and the henna lasts much longer than the normal tint. I won't go elsewhere. Highly recommended!

The day after the Hydrafacial and I can not believe how amazing my results are! Jess was super lovely and bubbly. This facial does absolutely wonders. Definitely helps with hydrating and decongesting the skin especially being fifo with the harsh weather and water. I’ve had now 2 hydrafacials few weeks apart my skin has never been smoother. Always look forward to going to Crystal Spa, staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful, offering variety of amazing treatments including Eyelash Extensions must say “ Pietra ” Eyelash and Nail Technician is the best in Perth, over the years I have had eyelash extensions with many different lash technicians my lashes have only been destroyed.
