The facial was very relaxing, and I especially enjoyed the massage. My skin feels so much softer and hydrated. Jade is so professional what a really great experience. She’s tattooed my brows, RF and HIFU my face, hydro facial and more. The whole package. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I wasn’t in any pain, 10/10 honestly always recommend her to anyone that’s in Newcastle

I’ve been seeing Lisa at Elevate a Beauty for a while now and she just gets it. Today I had a facial/peel and a brow wax and tint—walked out feeling glowy, refreshed, and like the best version of myself. Lisa has that rare instinct for exactly what your skin needs and her attention to detail is unmatched. Lisa’s presence is warm, and her space is so calming. I trust her completely and always leave feeling refreshed and cared for. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Lisa was absolutely amazing when I had my eyebrows done! She took the time to really understand how I wanted them to look and made sure I felt confident before she started. The result was perfect—I was beyond thrilled! I also had a facial, and it was truly incredible. I melted into full relaxation, and each step was better than the last. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and is glowing—I honestly can’t stop touching my face!

I had the most wonderful facial with Chantelle today. I had the Premium Facial and my skin looks amazing. Chantelle is obviously highly trained and is very knowledgable on analysing client's skin needs and in recommendating the appropriate skin care products for her clients. The atmosphere at Utopia is relaxed, fresh and clean. A treatment at Utopia is special experience.
