I had the most incredible spa experience today! I booked the full body massage, scalp massage, and facial — and Ebony was amazing. She has such a perfect touch, knowing exactly where to focus and making me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The scalp massage was pure heaven, and the facial left my skin glowing. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and totally pampered. Highly recommend Ebony and this spa — five stars!

Lah Yu was absolutely beautiful as usual. Facial was amazing and my eyebrows look fabulous. My eyelash tint only lasted a couple days though, not sure why? Will be back again x

Absolutely wonderful experience. Cannot recommend it enough. Fabulous welcoming space and Nicole was absolutely gorgeous and made the end to end process of the Fire and Frost Cryo facial the best I have ever had. Will be back and would definitely encourage others to give it a try.

I recently went to the Swan Valley Retreat for the Serenity Package. Firstly 30 minutes in the sauna which was in its own secluded area and then followed by a back and facial massage. This was amazing experience, and I felt completely relaxed afterwards. My skin was so soft and silky. Afterwards I had a little area to relax before leaving. An amazing experience from start to finish. I would high recommend it, and I will be back myself.

The staff were warm, professional—the massage melted away every ounce of tension, and the facial left my skin radiant and deeply nourished. I left feeling completely renewed and glowing . A treatment like no other. (Fire and Ice facial). The Swan Valley Retreat is amazing. The location, the buildings and the room plus the therapists are simply the best. The expertise was outstanding. Just out of this world. Be quick appointments, go fast, that’s the beauty of a small place who puts the clientele first. I’ve been waiting a while for one that works for me and one that’s available.
