I had a 2 hour massage and facial package with Helen. It was absolute luxury! Helen was amazing. She also talked me through the products used on my skin and recommended products that best suit my skin type. I highly recommend Hale Spa and Helen!

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

I did the Indulge and escape spa package and it was so relaxing! The staff were all very welcoming, accommodating and professional. The refreshments are a nice touch and the massage/facial make you feel rejuvenated afterwards.

A heaven on earth experience. The team at Hale never dissapoints. From the minute you arrive and greeted by the lovely Katie who starts you on your way. Start your experience in the cave spa pool followed by time in the steam room. Then therapist Charis starts her magic with the amazing scrub and facial. A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

For a first time facial experience, I was made to feel extremely welcomed and looked after. Kristy was super knowledge and talked me through all the treatment process and products. I will be highly recommending family and friends attend a session at Hale aesthetics.

Sydney did my facial today and was excellent. I came out glowing and refreshed. She made me feel so comfortable and has wonderful customer service. I will be back and will ask for her for future sessions.

My best friend and I enjoyed 2 blissful hours at Cabrera Day Spa today. Despite initial impressions of an older style building, the massage and platinum facial treatment were both up there with the best we have experienced. We both left feeling so relaxed and our skin was amazing.

My sister and I had a fabulous time together indulging in a 2 1/2 hour treatment which was superb . Mina our treatment practitioner was kind and gentle with a well practiced technique in massage and facials . By the end of our session my sister and I felt wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated . We intend to return and highly recommend the Canberra day Spa .

Ucci was wonderful. So gentle and kind and I felt thoroughly spoilt. My facial was beautiful.
