My experience was ok. It could have been better if the room was freezing cold. Also the girl massaging my scalp matted my hair so badly that I had to carefully comb it out when I got home. This was also quite painful at the time but I was too embarrassed to say anything, I know I should have told her. My eyes were stinging a bit from product during the facial, so perhaps more care could be taken around the eye area.

Absolutely fantastic as always! Tiana is just magical, she has such a calming presence and I feel so refreshed every time I step out of the salon. I had my brows done today!
