First facial I have ever booked due to having very sensitive skin. Fern listened to my concerns adapted treatment and carried out very relaxing facial with lymphatic drainage, explaining before hand the importance of this. A scalp and hand massage was also brilliant. I didn’t just have this treatment I also had a wax and eye brow reshape and tint, with very clear after care explained.. I shall be re booking and adding in a massage. Thanks again Fern brilliant service. X

I've never had a facial before so didn't know what to expect- Katie was really lovely and welcoming, she was happy to explain everything and answer any questions I had. The treatment itself was incredible! Felt so nice and relaxing and my skin, which was incredibly dry and dehydrated before, feels great. Will definitely go back and would recommend. Thanks Katie! 😊

Wow!! What a facial an amazing experience tailor-maid for what my face needed. Sanchia explained each process as we went along. The massaging felt wonderful and I feel and look great. My skin looks so clean and refreshed. So relaxing as well. I recommend a facial and I will definitely be having more. After Sanchia spent time explaining what I need to add with my current regime, in an easy step by step way. I’m getting married on Saturday and feel ready for the day thanks to Sanchia and the facial. I can also recommend the eyebrow treatments too.
