Fantastic deep tissue massage and express facial with Gemma. Calming environment and really helped relax and deal with some back pain. Aftercare advise as well and suggestions for how to support other problems I have.

Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

I had the best three hours at P&P with Gemma this morning. I was after relaxation so started with an hours guided meditation and finished with an hour and a half mind and body balance. Pure bliss, Gemma you are amazing Thank you x
