Patricia always goes above and beyond, I’ve been using her service for years and despite moving away to the West Country, I prefer to come back for waxing than find a local salon. Patricia’s home studio is welcoming, well set up and clean. Patricia is thorough and skilled in intimate waxing, she is always developing her skills and knowledge and updating products to improve the service, Patricia also provides a huge variety of beauty therapies from shellac manicures and pedicures to facials, and is great source for other health and beauty related advice as well as being a good listener.

I was visiting first time to the SHAPINS Clinic. I must say the staff was very friendly and welcoming, clinic is very clean. I booked for hydro facial it was so great my skin feels so clean and youthful 😊. Dr Aruna is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely book again for the treatment in future 😊.

Alison has enormous knowledge and experience in the skin beauty industry and therefore is able to make informed recommendations on what would work on my skin. Within three months of using the Alumier MD products and having a bespoke facial my skin looks much healthier and brighter, along with having fewer lines around the eyes and mouth. I'm so pleased with the results and trust Alison to make the right decision on what is best for my skin to reduce the signs of ageing whilst still looking natural and in good health.
