I went for a Bespoke Acu-Facial with Sara and she was incredible. She took the time to discuss all of my skin issues and fully inspect my skin. She gave holistic advice including suggestions for nutrition, working with my cycle and sleep. She is very knowledgable, not only in skincare but health and wellness in general. She was super gentle with the needles. I am usually jumpy and sensitive with acupuncture needles but I could barely feel them going in. The massage part of the facial was pure bliss. She really has a gift and I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you again Sara!

Sanela gave an excellent back, neck and shoulder massage and made sure to communicate with me to advise her if the pressure was too much or not enough. I felt very relaxed afterwards and much looser. I will definitely be returning for more maintenance.

Amazing each time I have visited! I have tried had a number of different services including full body massage, Indian head massage and reiki and always feel brilliant leaving the room. All the ladies are lovely and its a really nice calming environment Highly recommend to anyone wanting to treat themselves!!

Sara is incredibly professional and considerate. She is a great listener and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. The acupuncture treatment itself is very relaxing and I always look forward to it. I would highly recommend Sara!

Another great session with Sara. I arrived feeling tired and had congested sinuses amongst other ailments! I had facial acupuncture along with some other points on my body and the Gua Shua treatment. I left feeling so much better. It’s such a worthwhile way to spend an hour. I highly highly recommend a visit to Sara.

Went to Sara with a sore knee which she treated with electro- acupuncture. The results were brilliant! Having had pain on climbing the stairs to her practice, it was gone by the time I left. A day later, it’s still painfree.
