I will always go to Charlotte for my beauty treatments. There is no one better! She gets my lash extensions perfect every time and they last for so long. It’s such a relaxing experience in a cosy environment.

Khushi is so lovely this was my first time getting lash extensions and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She listened to what I wanted and the end result was just perfect!! I cant wait to come back for my infill 💞

Khushi was amazing!! She took the time to ask what I wanted to achieve with my set and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly understanding about my anxiety and kept checking in on me, which I really appreciated. My lashes turned out exactly how I envisioned them! I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be back. 100% recommend!

Been a few times now and can confirm I will be a regular customer!!! The attention to detail is totally different from anything I’ve experienced and I’ve been getting my lashes done around 10 years now. Will never go elsewhere :)

Chelsea is by far the best when it comes to hair extensions. Always a natural fit and always make me feel comfortable and knows what suites me best.

Very Happy with my eyebrows wax and tint definitely going to Charlotte again.

Lovely person & friendly chat

Chelsea was so lovely and did an AMAZING job fitting my extensions. This is the first time I’ve ever had extensions and they’re so discreet and the colour match is perfect. I am so so happy !

I’ve been having my Botox done with Kelly for about a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! She listens attentively to what I want to achieve and answers all of my concerns. She is friendly, approachable and very professional and I’m always really pleased with the results.

Chelsea and Emma were my hairdressers today, Chelsea did my extensions - she is professional, friendly and knowledgeable - she really cares about how the hair looks and feels. Then Emma did my colour, Emma is a bubbly chatty wonderful lady and does everything she can to make your time at the salon the best it can be. The atmosphere at the salon is pleasant and the coffee is lovely - nice touches everywhere. Have been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so :-)
