I have been visiting here for years and it still the has the best, friendliest and dedicated staff. They do an amazing job here. I would highly recommend them. Whether it's for nails, pedicure, massage and lots more. You must try them out for yourself and see their excellent service for yourself.

Got my BIAB done today and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Janvi was really lovely, super professional and did my nails perfectly. Definitely recommend her — I’ll be coming back for sure! The ambience, quality of the salon was to a high standard as well

The woman I had was lovely and kind. I didn't feel pressured to talk too much which was nice. I got acrylics but they extended my nails. They look good but personally I find them uncomfortable (I have never had acrylics of any kind) I had a photo I wanted and she did a pretty good job replicating it given the limited information on there and the price I paid.

Its always great, went for my nails, acrylic on my natural nails, beautifully done by Lydia and then for hot wax with Shereena. Wonderful experience, very professional and was made at ease. Thank you :)

I only have good things to say about this salon. It's a hidden gem of the Clarendon Park area, discovered it this summer when I decided I really need a pedicure for ny suffering feet 🤣. This is my second time I came in for a gel callus peel pedicure; came in with rough callus feet and toenails, and left with princess feet and flower like toenails. A warm, welcoming and feminine environment, where you feel safe about your imperfections and well looked after. Strongly recommend!!!

My daughter and I visited The Beauty Refinery for 60 minute luxury facials, and my daughter had acrylic nails. Pinky, who did the facials, was great- very professional and polite, and the facials themselves were amazing and such good value! We can't remember the name of the lady who did the nails, she was also great and did an fantastic job. It was a really nice experience altogether with great service and a welcoming environment; we were also slightly late arriving as our train was delayed and staff were patient and understanding. Highly recommended!
