Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

My granddaughters (ages 5 & 7) had appointments with Eva for their Halloween party nails. 👻 She was absolutely wonderful with them - showing them different designs, discussing colour themes and nail art. They loved visiting Eva at the salon and are delighted with what she created for them. Thank you!

Absolutely love my nails! Eva is a perfectionist and a master of her art. I love her sense of humour and the whole team are like a friendly family. Had my first B12 shot yesterday too.Sammy was very gentle and the dead arm I was expecting didn’t happen. And thank you Ebony, you make a perfect cuppa tea. Had a lovely morning with you all, see you again very soon 😊

Charlotte is professional and very experienced. Nails always look lovely and last. I’ve just changed from acrylic to BIAB and am really pleased with the result. Highly recommend 5*
