I had such a great experience here. The removal process was incredibly gentle (huge plus for anyone with sensitive nails), and everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating — they even offered me a coffee while I was getting settled. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and really calming, and my nails turned out perfect. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality you’re getting, and the Carlton location is super cool and easy to get to. Honestly, become a regular here before this place becomes the most popular nail salon in Carlton.

Cannot recommend this place more! Firstly, they're so friendly and I'm over the moon with my nails. From the moment I booked online to stepping through the doors in the beautiful shop I felt so well looked after. Harley did my nails and they turned out so special. She really gave me a lovely look with soft pink chrome and I was laughing and chatting with her the whole way along. Really great service and the best set I've ever had, but it's no wonder she's a pro with 10 years experience!

The staff were very lovely and the experience was amazing. The pedicure was extremely relaxing, and the GelX extensions turned out beautiful. Very skilled nail artists that value the hygiene and wellbeing of the customer!

I walked in with curiosity since the shop just opened only a few days. The staff was extremely lovely and I love my nails ! Their equipment is clean and they delivered the designs just as requested. Harley (the owner) and her sister are truly incredible not only insanely talented, but also the most genuine, warm, and kind people. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with smiles, positive energy, and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The service is absolutely beautiful, with exceptional attention to detail in everything they do.

Have had both manicure and pedicure here and both services have been meet with friendly faces and attention to detail. I have been impressed with the hygiene both times with clean equipment and cleaned surfaces. Both times I have been here I have been happy with my results and the customer service. It just seems like the people that work here are happy to be there and help out anyway they can. This salon has made my standards of nail care. And I will be returning.
