Rina is very meticulous, skilful and friendly, she explains every step and discuss what is best suitable for my sensitive skin condition during each session! Love the ambience of the place, so cozy and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable to lie on even for a long session. Remy is very skillful, friendly, and makes you feel at ease throughout the appointment. The eyelashes she uses are very soft and feel like really good quality. Will definitely return again ❤️

I found cloud9 through tiktok and lemon8, and seen lots of review that they never hardsell their packages (which I value it a lot). Jia Xuen explained any skin concerns that I had patiently and recommended me the different kinds of facials that I should go for without any pressure. Also, through this experience, I decided to try their back acne and underarm brightening treatments. My second time doing plasma acne treatment and co2 laser with Hani , for the past 3 years i been dealing with acne and deep acne scars and tried multiple facial outlets but with R&R beauty i can see results after 1 session in a month. I stopped having acne and my acne scars fully faded . Hani was really easy going and most genuine person. I have done the foot reflexology, each time Ah Zhong never fail to release my leg tension. Totally different from what I do in Thailand, Malaysia or Vietnam. In these countries, I have to endure the pain and cannot relax. Ah zhong skill is amazing, im also getting my trigger finger thumb done by him, recovery on the way! No need to go through acupuncture or surgery !
