I had a treatment today that I haven’t had before & it’s all completely new to me. I discussed during my previous Eyebrow appointment my areas of concern & Jen suggested a treatment & explained all the options really putting me at ease. So today was treatment day & Jen’s calming personality, professionalism & friendliness took any worries I may have had away. It’s not often you can say you can go have needles poked in your face, pay for the pleasure & come away as content as you would when you have visited a friend for coffee & a catch up. Jen is amazing. I feel blessed to have found a beautician that advises me with treatments and self helps at home due to my lack of knowledge. Im useless when it comes to treatments but Jen will always talk me through any treatments thoroughly. Even when I suggested a monobrow treatment Jen kindly looked at me and said I think you mean nanobrow haha. I would 💯 % recommend Jen especially if you lack knowledge and want to feel comfortable to ask any question. Perfect 👌
