What a fabulous experience! I chatted to the fabulous receptionist (I should have asked her name) and then Lauren took me through to the treatment room. I was impressed by how stylish and impeccably clean it was. I went with an idea of what treatment I wanted but after chatting to Lauren she helped me understand more about different treatment options to deal with what my areas of concern. I highly recommend this place!

The girl is lovely, but makes me anxious waiting a while with my health condition as I have to time things well and waited a while when the girl who came in after me said she was late? Just feel like maybe I should have been communicated about it better as it made me extremely anxious and feel when I come to address my issue, I feel bad. But I'm always happy with the treatments and the friendliness. She is a lovely person. Just maybe bare this in mind.

First visit for a Consultation with Hannah who was lovely giving her recommendations, explaining treatments in full detail but not pushy.Will definately be booking the treatments.

Treatment is the best as always. Lauren is an artist ❤️ It would’ve been 5 stars but the past 2 appointments I couldn’t pay with Amex although they mention Amex payment is possible.
