I had an excellent experience with Irena. She was incredibly attentive and professional throughout the entire appointment. She used small, controlled strips, for the Brazilian which made the process much more comfortable and significantly minimized discomfort. Her technique was clearly thoughtful and skilled, and the quality of her work was outstanding. Irena’s experience in her profession really shows. She is knowledgeable, precise, and clearly prioritizes client comfort and results. Her attention to customer service was evident from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I just had my very first laser hair removal session and I’m honestly so impressed. My first experience here was lovely! The skin consultation was extremely informative and they did not pressure me to purchase products. The experience overall was genuine and relaxed. My facialist was very meticulous and wonderful, it was the first time that I experienced microdermabrasion and they adjusted the pressure to my fit my needs. I felt very well cared for and every product that was applied was explained to me. My face has never felt so refreshed and clear! Thank you!

I just finished my first package of 6 sessions for laser hair removal on my armpits and lower legs, which I started last February. Susan and Eva were both very accommodating and made every session comfortable. During the first three sessions, my hair started growing back after about 3 weeks, but over time, it took longer—around 4 to 6 weeks—before regrowth. I’m Asian with a brown skin tone, and the treatment worked really well for me. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the service!
