I recently had an EMSCULPT session at Illuminate Laser Emporium, and I’m really impressed with the experience! Alana, not only provides great customer service upon a arrival but she also asked questions about my health and if I am on any medication to check and make sure I can have the requested procedure. Bravo Alana!! Great location too! opposite Carnegie station and next to a great cafe!

I had such a great experience with my facial and laser treatment! Alana was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My skin feels amazing and I’ve already noticed a difference. Highly recommend booking in with Alana – she truly knows her stuff!

I did the latest 8th-generation M22 treatment today, and it was performed by Katherine. Her technique was very skilled, and she has extensive professional knowledge about skincare. During the procedure, she patiently explained the principles and expected pain level before each step, and adjusted the settings according to my actual skin condition. I’m very satisfied with this experience.
