Warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. Kelly was very professional, friendly and make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My skin felt very soft after the facial and the Japanese hair spa treatment was just lovely. Perfect way to start my day.

I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Sara. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and Sara was very knowledgeable with the treatments I had. The witchy facial was absolutely gorgeous so relaxing and my skin was glowing when I left. I coupled this with the Japanese Head Spa and as Sara is a hairdresser as well her expertise shines through. I left feeling so very relaxed and like I had been completely pampered!! I would definitely recommend Sara and the head spa treatment and it is just a shame I don't live closer looking at the festive facial offer!

Facial was really nice, felt very relaxed and refreshed afterwards

I had a headspa and blow dry with Sarah; the room was dimmed with relaxing music and the beauty bed had been warmed for extra relaxation. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed; my hair and skin feel amazing. I will definitely be returning.

Andrea is great at what she does. Always feel totally relaxed and pampered after a facial coupled with mini-shoulder/arm massage. She always answers my inane questions. Since seeing Andrea my rosacea has really calmed down. My skin has never been better.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! I’ve never had any treatments before but wanted a pamper for my upcoming birthday. Kelly took lots of time to talk through what would be good for me as I didn’t have a clue. The experience was wonderful and a real treat for me. I felt very pampered and totally relaxed. Kelly is amazing and I’ve booked in for another pamper and treat already. Had the most soothing and relaxing massage from Andrea. Going to be a regular occurrence as it means I can reduce the frequency of my physio visits. Coupled with a wonderful facial (and a foot massage thrown in), I feel truly pampered.

I've been going to Kelly for 16 months and she is amazing. She does a very professional job and does exactly what I want. She has enhanced my face and made me look younger and fresher. She has all the latest equipment and beautiful premises and makes you feel very relaxed and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Has my very first Hydrafacial this afternoon and oh my goodness, what a treat! Andrea is so very lovely and absolutely brilliant at what she does.
