Fantastic experience from start to finish. The nail technician was skilled,patient, and very precise. My nails look elegant and feel strong. Excellent service and quality work. I had an amazing and truly relaxing massage experience. The therapist was skilled, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Tha atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which helped me completely unwind. After the session, I decided to purchase a package 6+2 because the service was excellent and definitely worth it. I had an amazing experience with Grace during my glue lifting Korean facial at the Essence Lounge. She is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. From the moment she started, I felt completely relaxed and confident in her hands. The results were immediate and beautiful, my skin felt lifted, fresh, and glowing. Everything was clean, well organized, and done with great care. I truly recommend Grace to anyone looking for high quality facial treatments and real results. I will definitely return to her again!

I've been visiting the spa for the past 4 years - today was an amazing experience. For the first time I indulged in the Swedish massage and body scrub which was the most relaxing thing that I could have possibly done this weekend. Leizl was so great, she's super professional and very kind. Definitely worth adding these treats to a monthly ritual.

Such a wonderful experience! Both my body and mind felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Cindy and Fawza were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the session. In addition to the massage, we also enjoyed access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room — which made the visit even more special. To top it all off, we were served hot tea by the pool after our treatment. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa day.

Amazing first time experience! A very warm welcome as we arrived. My mother had a wonderful 1hr massage which she says was probably the best massage she’s had in a long time. My sister also had a gel manicure which she said was very good. All of us left feeling very relaxed and revived. Highly recommend!
