This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

I’ve had a few massages with Jen as I always feel sooo much better afterwards. I have a physical demanding job and Jen always finds my problem areas and works on them. I have recommended her to all my friends as I think she does a fab job!

Easy to book and the communication was excellent. I had the 1hr deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed; Jen listened to my requirements and resolved the excessive tension I had in my back and neck. Had my first sports deep tissue massage with Jen today and she was great. I’m not going to lie and say it felt amazing as it was far from it. She worked wonders braking down all the knots and kinks in my muscles which was painful at the time but I have felt really good after. I would highly recommend her, she was really professional, very clean and tidy and her massage was excellent .

I am feeling so good physically and mentally following my massage. The discomfort/ aches and pains to my back and shoulder areas had been affecting my daily living . I now feel more supple and experiencing a pain free living. I sleep much better as I am not aching. I will continue my treatment as and when required. I am definitely recommending this mend massage therapy. I have been a nurse for many years and was in need of this badly.
