Having had years of problems with my back I was a little anxious seeing a new therapist. Sheena put me at ease as soon as I arrived and gave me a very good massage treatment. I am looking forward to another in two weeks. Delighted I made the appointment.

Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

I've had a few massage sessions with Sheena and always leave feeling relaxed and that my aches and pains have eased off. Sheena is also such a lovely person which adds to the experience.

i’ve been seeing sheena for over a year now for massage to treat an ongoing back issue. i cannot recommend her enough 🤩 a warm, gentle, welcoming person who is great at what she does. i also tried craniosacral therapy with her for the first time recently and loved how relaxed i felt afterwards. sheena is the best!

Great back massage

My wife has been going to Sheena to have her lower back massaged for some time. Sheena does a thorough job and makes the experience very relaxing.

Sheena has been working on my tight muscles over the last few weeks to help with a trapped nerve. Each massage I get seems to help hugely and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. I can’t praise her highly enough.

Arrived to see Sheena today with a great amount of pain in my lower back and shoulder area. After she worked her magic with both massage and cupping technique's. I ended the session with no pain and easier movement in my lower back and shoulders. Highly recommend

Sheena has magical hands! After 3 deep tissue massages and 2 craniosacral therapy sessions, my aches and pains are much more manageable. Today’s session was most relaxing after being on stage all week. Sheena worked her magic on my knee today and the taping will support it through my shows. I highly recommend!

Great sports massage

I have just completed a course of massage therapy from Sheena. It was to treat a problem I had with my shoulder and arm. I cannot recommend Sheena highly enough. Apart from being excellent at what she does, she is an exceptionally nice person. I will not hesitate to return should my problem recur orshould I have any other issues requiring deep therapy massage.massage.
