Excellent remedial massage. Ken is very good at turning my vague guidance around tightness and sore points (from 300-400km cycling per week) into focused massage and exercises that reduce muscle tension and improve my flexibility.

Ken was super friendly and super professional. He found the aching spots within minutes, and applied massive pressure per my likings. Ken utilized pressure, massage, hot cups and stretches. He handled a big man like me extremely well. I know I'll visit again next month.

My massage with Jaszong today was just amazing 👏 he totally understood what my body needed. He has great sensitivity and knowledge. True remedial massage using a mix of modalities. I have walked out feeling so much better .

Love the deep remedial massage ! David managed to reduce on specific areas of my body ( shoulder and foot ) tension , soreness and tightness. 😊

Philip had a professional approach to my session advising me of his method and to communicate if I needed softer or harder remedial massage. He identified a chronic problem and suggested how to deal with it.

Truly, I just experienced the most wonderful remedial massage with Jason. He was able to pinpoint the problem area in my right hip area and provide relief with his great skills as well as suggest post massage tips to include each day. I came away feeling so much better and I look forward to my next appointment. Many thanks Jason!☺️

Been a few times, friendly staff, seem experienced in their knowledge. Some small things they overlooked were a place to put my clothes & resting pad for my arms under my head when lying face down. Was a bit noisier than past visits, a lot of talking outside the massage room. Be nicer to have a quieter session.
