I recently had a remedial massage with Katsu, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Katsu made me feel comfortable, offering tea, water, and a hot towel. His attention to detail and expertise were evident as he found and worked on all the exact trigger points, providing much-needed relief. My recovery has been fantastic since the session, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Cheewa is amazing! The staff are friendly, professional, and always make you feel welcome. The therapists really listen and tailor each massage to your needs whether you want to relax or need deeper remedial work. They offer different pressure options and check in to make sure you’re comfortable The space is always clean, calming, and beautifully set up. I also love that they offer HICAPS for instant health fund rebates. It’s clear they care about their clients and provide consistently great service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality massage in Hawthorn. and well looked after!

Just had my second session at Silhouette Lab, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. I got the wood therapy lymphatic massage + red light treatment, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and more defined. The wooden tools really helped with de-puffing and stimulating circulation I could see and feel a difference right away. Silhouette Lab has such a calming vibe, and the staff are so professional and attentive. They make you feel really comfortable and take their time to ensure everything is done properly.

One of the best Thai massages I’ve had and I’ve had a lot!

One of the best remedial massage places in Melbourne. Highly recommend Michelle, who knows what she is doing.

Since it had been too long since my last massage, I went in for a two hour session of remedial massage. That turned to be a good decision, as there was obviously a lot of catching up to do. My therapist was very thorough and skilled, finding all the problem areas and working on them until they were released. I made sure to hydrate well afterwards, as – from prior experience – a good massage releases a lot of toxins which are trapped due to tight muscles.
