Lovely environment, pools and options . Requested a remedial massage, and whilst very relaxing , it wasn’t a deep remedial message which made me think they hadn’t read our pre massage notes.

What a stunning, contemporary step back in time you have created in the old bank. It is Wow. My remedial massage was great and Caz was considerate in what I said and more important, what my body was screaming. Definitely going back, but will try the bathhouse before stepping into a massage. Well done.

Today I had Teeth Whitening Treatment at Phoenix Remedial Massage and Fitness. Each step of the treatment was explained to me before treatment commenced. I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend.

The biggest disappointment for me was that I booked a deep tissue massage but it was a very bog standard relaxation massage. I didn't feel like any of my muscles were worked at all. I also felt like probably everyone gets the same massage. This would be fine if it were cheaper than paying for a proper remedial massage therapist (or if you made it clear that only relaxation was available) but it wasn't. I really enjoyed the bathhouse but probably wouldn't book a massage again for this reason.

Our 1 hour massage was out of this world good!! We walked out so relaxed! Bathhouse is stunning! The pools are beautiful! Was pretty quiet when we were there, but if it got too busy I think it would get a bit crowded. Only little criticism would be the change rooms. They are very small and we found ourselves queuing for the toilets and showers. Can't wait to come back!

The bathhouse itself was so lovely, but SUPER packed when we got there, which made it hard to move around to the different sections. Some really obnoxious guests drinking in the spas as well, but one of the bartenders did come and eventually tell them to move away from the area with their drinks. Massage experience was really relaxing and chilled. Such a gem of a find in Mullum!

What a wonderful afternoon we had. It started out with massage. Thank you to Johan. My massage was the very best I have ever had. I went in with a sore shoulder and neck and left feeling greatly relaxed and my shoulder and neck discomfort greatly relieved. Nic and Renee also very complimentary of their massage experience. The amenities were clean and beautifully designed and presented. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I attended with my two daughters. Very grateful to have had time to stop and talk and connect. Excellent remedial massage. I never knew I was that flexible!
