This was my 2nd treatment with Katie and I can not rate her high enough. After getting a diagnosis of a frozen shoulder and a plan put into place by Katie to help ease my symptoms. After this first session of working on the area that is of great pain to me I have seen some slight improvement. I look forward to the next few months working with Katie to get my flexibility and pain under control. Katie provides more than just a massage; you can feel the heart she puts into her practice. I had the Relaxation Ritual, and it was the perfect reset. The atmosphere was calming, and the natural products were incredibly nourishing. As someone with sensitive skin (eczema), I really appreciated how high-quality and gentle the oils were.
