Kim is Very gentle and takes her time to make sure whatever service I need is done not only to be done as in just finished but done with care and not just another client but more like apart of her work family . Some procedures can be a little uncomfortable but Kim makes sure to make the Customer as comfortable as with conversation, and if the customer is a return customer, which most are she always remembers important things that were discussed this is the most important thing to me being a personable person.

My lashes are quite stubborn and didn't take the lash lift very well, so Kim offered another lash lift at no cost. I appreciate her customer service and professionalism. Kim is amazing! I just moved to state and had a pretty crappy experience with the first couple waxers I found here, which is very unfortunate cause keeping up on my waxing is important! Kim did an amazing job on my Brazilian! Very thorough and didn't miss and spots. Her products did very well with my extremely sensitive skin. And she's just an awesome person. I'm the type of person that would prefer people to complete my services without talking to me because I'm anti social, but she made me feel welcome and not at all nervous or awkward. Overall great service!
