Very efficient and Eloise did a lovely pedicure. Good choice of colours for standard (ie not gel) pedicure which isn't always the case elsewhere. Being a first timer to the salon it would have been nice to have been greeted at the main door, took me a while to realise it was open. An offer of a drink would have been appreciated too. I don't particularly like having a pedicure on a bed as I find it uncomfortable. The foot spa to wash the mask off my feet seemed unnecessary, I found it uncomfortable to get my feet into the spa and the water was cold.

She always makes sure I am comfortable and confirms the job before starting and asks for any personal preferences in style. She is open to trying new things and has always made it work and been open and honest with me throughout. Very worth your time and money for the safe comfortable environment created and beautiful lashes that last ages.
