I hadn't had a haircut in a very long time so I was super nervous. Ashleigh was so patient with me- looking at reference photos, photos of my natural hair, really listening to what I wanted, and checking in with my comfort level. Karina is awesome! She makes you feel so welcome and does an amazing job with explaining everything she's doing and making you feel relaxed.
