It was my first time booking her and doing a service with the salon. Will definitely come back. Everybody was asking me what color I requested afterwards.

First time at HER Studio Salon by referral from my friend and I had a really good experience. As many others here have mentioned, there is a language barrier, but honestly it didn’t really matter much to me since Wilson knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I showed him a couple hair inspo pics. I chopped off 8 inches and was super happy with my new blunt cut bob. Thanks, Wilson! Can’t wait to come back for more treatments or coloring soon.

Kevin did an excellent job, and the facial lady was super sweet and caring. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and was very attentive. I would definitely do the facial again with her I wish I had gotten her name, she was such a sweetheart and a true professional. The front desk assistant was also extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by calling me personally and making all the arrangements for me and my companion.

First time coming here and Wilson did a great job with my haircut. He suggested a hair treatment before hand as my hair was very dry from previous color work. I'm glad I went with his recommendation as my hair was so smooth and looked so healthy afterwards.

My experience with Aiden was phenomenal! It was my first time coming to Her Studio Hair Salon and I requested Aiden based on his senior status. I didn’t know what kind of haircut I wanted, I just knew that I wanted layers. I asked him to recommend a style for me and he said the butterfly haircut would suit me. I also added on a Kerastase hair treatment. Both the haircut and treatment + mask helped transform my hair so beautifully!!! I’m definitely coming back to see Aiden again! Thank you so much!

My go to hair stylist did his job and was great at doing the style I wanted. I just did not like how the receptionist kept insisting I needed to get a GK hair treatment when I didn’t really need it but it was suggested and he told me I needed to style my own hair at home. I only came in to get a shampoo and a hair cut.

The cut itself was nice - John is very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on how to make it better (color, hydration treatment, etc.) Although I’m sure it’s for more revenue for them, I felt that the suggestions were genuine. My only complaint was the shampoo. The person who did it (not John) seemed to care very little about the doing a good job and water kept spritzing on my face. Water got in my ears as well and instead of apologizing and handing me a towel right away, she just offered a q-tip (although she gave me a towel later). The water was cold during the conditioner part as well.

Overall, I was satisfied with Apple’s haircut skills and her expertise on how to style my frizzy curly hair! As for the additional service: Kerastase Fusio-dose treatment recommended by her assistant was my first experience with this French brand, however, it won’t last for 45mins lol, hope that I would enjoy the full 45mins next time. This hair salon is a “gem” for South Bay community!!!

Staff made me feel comfortable. I had my haircut by Seven and he really took his time during our consultation to make sure the haircut I wanted was customized based on what suited my face better. Will definitely be returning for touch ups/hair treatment.

Location and facility was modern and updated. Customer service was great, despite language barrier. Was advised by stylist on hairstyle best suited for face shape and skin tone although it would've been great to see how they could've made what I wanted to do for my hair work too, as I came in wanting to completely make my hair shorter. ended up keeping length of my hair and received layers and changed my hair color, which was unexpected. Stylist took extra care with making sure my hair looked pretty though. Overall, I feel okay with hairstyle given to me. Still wanted short hair.

I booked a Kerastase Fusio-Dose Treatment and a women’s haircut. The hair and scalp treatment was fantastic—my hair felt incredibly smooth and soft afterward. For the haircut, Dylan worked wonders. I went for a butterfly cut with curtain bangs to chin length, and even without a reference photo, Dylan nailed it. The layers and cut were exactly what I was hoping for. I’m thrilled to have finally found a place with excellent service and an outstanding stylist. I highly recommend Dylan!

Had a color and a Tokio Inkarami hair treatment with Zoe, I love the color she created and even without bleach the color is really clean and saturated. The hair treatment gives me a soften texture with shine, worth the price!

Dylan was amazing - he’s great at his craftsmanship. Got a beautiful layered cut. Customer service could be better trained though - I made appt with someone else for cut and keratasse treatment, confirmed the time the morning of, receptionist suggested to have olaplex treatment instead on the phone. Due to the original dresser still busy, my hair was washed and treated by someone else while Dylan was asked to cut the hair instead. The whole handoff could have been handled better.

I recently had a Brazilian blow dry treatment done on my hair and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! My hair looks and feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. The stylist did a fantastic job and was able to achieve the exact look I was going for. The treatment has made such a difference in the manageability of my hair and I couldn't be happier.
