I enjoyed my first experience at the Elite Head Spa! I got the diamond package for head spa services. It felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely return in the near future which I think would help with the areas in my scalp that are dry. I really enjoyed the shoulder massage, facial cleansing, and hair/scalp treatment!

I highly recommend the oxygen facial with Phoebe. My skin was hydrated afterwards and looked amazing. Phoebe also refilled my eyelash extensions and they look fabulous. Thank you Elite Lashes Alamo Ranch location.

Amazing experience for my first time. I was so relaxed and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Zoe did an amazing job. She showed me before and after pictures of my hair and scalp as well after the herbal head spa treatment I got. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻🫶🏻 she also surprised me with a happy birthday sign as well. 🥹

Honestly love coming here I fall asleep during my treatment every single time because it is soo peaceful! My lash tech, Addie, does amazing work! I’m so happy I found this place! My new go to eyelash salon:) I need to try their head spa treatment soon though because I’ve heard nothing but amazing reviews about it!

We enjoyed three herbal head spa treatments for a friend’s Galentine’s Day! Chloe was the ABSOLUTE BEST, she makes the whole process a dream would definitely return. Amy worked with a friend, who had nothing but good things to say. I would suggest communicating what is comfortable or changes to be made, since this is your experience and they will accommodate. If you have curly hair I would suggest you discuss that prior to appointment to make sure the service meets your needs and you have a relaxing time. Drinks, snacks and stellar service!

First time trying the Japanese Head Spa here and I loved it! The Zen Senses Headspa was so relaxing, safe, and restorative. My technician was attentive, always checking if the pressure and temperature were good. The combination of scalp, neck, and shoulder massage with the herbal steam and hydrating treatments left me feeling renewed. I might choose this over full body massages from now on. Just be aware they only have one bathroom and no space to do hair or makeup afterward, so plan ahead. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time indulging in a head spa treatment. It was an indulgent relaxing experience. Amy was kind, professional, and attentive. My biggest recommendation is to book the 90 minutes. 60 minutes was simply not long enough and almost felt rushed.

Amy did an amazing job. Had a little issue with my eyes from an previous install with another tech. Called Elite Lash and Amy took me right in and fixed the problem. She asked me what was the issue to see if a lash was irritating my eye. And she told me what eye drops to use to clear them right away. My lashes look and feel great. I will most definitely be back to see her. Thank u so much Amy!!!
