The whole experience was a vibe from the receptionist to the injector perfect!!! He was very informative and transparent; not trying to make a dollar and move you on, he made me feel relaxed and seen!!!! There was no wait time they call you in advance and you arrive to attentive interpersonal service🫶 On a scale of 10 they are a 10 and I highly recommend... You better get you some Lone Star MedSpa💯

Roberto is great! I have gone to others for my facial needs, but he has been the best. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He is attentive to you in what you are wanting to accomplish. So that he gets it just right. Also the atmosphere is pleasant and Erica, the receptionist is a sweetheart.

I walked in and was greeted by a gorgeous receptionist in a wine colored pants set. Then I met the doctor Roberto in a fabulous pair of red crushed velvet shoes. They made me want to COMMIT to my beauty routine. These lovely humans were so kind, warm, and welcoming. I had such pleasant conversations with each of them. I am a permanent patient.
