My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Betty took the time to show me around and explain where everything is, and what other therapies are available. Betty is a one man band and she does it all! She was thorough, precise and careful. I travelled from Palmy and was able to book in very easily using the fresha booking tool. Even though this my first visit and I had travelled from Palmy, Betty still talked to me about rebooking and she didnt write me off as a one off customer, which I really appreciated. I will be back.
