I had such a wonderful experience at Glam Hair and Beauty Hamilton! I went in for hair, facial, and nail services, and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted—soft, shiny, and beautifully styled. The facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh, glowing, and rejuvenated. And my nails look perfect—neat, stylish, and done with great attention to detail. The whole experience felt luxurious and well worth it.

Talking to your client before you start is always nice. Not just sit, lie down, finished. Also warm/hot face towels always make a facial extra nice. Relaxing music playing is also usually played while having a facial. Just a few things to improve your service. Thank you. Alison B.

Therapist was nice. Salon needs a bit of work - lacking in luxury touch and was a little cold. When asked for a blanket, it was given immediately. Nice variety of techniques used during treatment.
