The treatment room was cosy and calm, with warm towels that immediately helped me relax. The pressure during the facial was just right, and everything felt thoughtful and professional.I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and happy with the result. Came in for my second Lumi Eyes session. Michelle is very friendly and a professional, she helped me understand everything I needed to know about my treatment and my concerns. I was very nervous to get injections at first but her hands were very gentle and I couldn't feel anything. I know for sure I'm always going to be coming back for her, she's amazing! ♡

I recently had my first ever lip filler and Botox treatment with Abigail and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The clinic was luxurious and clean and Abigail was incredibly professional. The results are natural and exactly what I wanted. The aftercare is amazing & so cute with a lip ice pack & balm. I will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.

Kristy is amazing! She did my eyebrow lamination and Korean lash lift perfectly, and I’ve just had my first Lumi Eyes treatment with her too. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
