Olya is Absolutely fantastic always putting me at ease with each treatment the results are perfect she’s also amazing as I take my baby with me who she’s brilliant with and she always makes room for my pram so I can get in and out easily. It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. I'm usually a little anxious but I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep. From the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere & warming personality I wouldn't trust anyone else now.
