Ursula is a very knowledgeable beauty therapist and an expert in her field. She listened attentatively to my skin concerns and provided me with great advice on how to keep my skin healthy, acne and oil free. Ursula recommended Cavitation Peeling for my type of skin which I feel made a real difference to my overall skin appearance. The studio has a warm, calm and welcoming environment. Ursula has a wealth of knowledge and walks you through everything she does and also explains what kind of after care is needed. She is absolutely amazing and after only 1 visit my skin looks better than it has in years.

Shampa was personable, professional and sensitive to my concerns, plus she made sure to check how I was feeling at regular intervals. The whole procedure was much more comfortable and less daunting than I had imagined. Although it is less than an hour since the treatment, I can already see her skill and how good the end result will be in a few days' time.

Always so welcoming and chatty.. explains every part of the treatment through with u.. the only person I trust with my face.

Love seeing Lauren for My treatments ... always so lovely and friendly... always does a fantastic job.
