This was my second visit today. My first visit was a consultation with Bev who is really nice and so knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me of what treatments I would benefit from and what it entailed and the results at the end. . I felt comfortable and confident in going fowards to have treatment done. I will be going back for further sessions. I would highly recommend Bev.

As somebody who isn’t a regular user of salons I was a little nervous. Bev could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and explained exactly what would happen and why. The result of my treatment was absolutely fantastic and I don’t think my skin has ever looked as glowing!! I would absolutely recommend a trip to Zephyr.

Visited today and without me even stating so, Bev recognised that I’m a very anxious person - she therefore did everything she could to help me feel so much more relaxed (and it worked). I had in mind what I wanted but instead of just going along with this (and taking more money off me), Bev guided me through a much more conservative, safe approach! And I’m so glad that she did as she was 100% right and I love my results. Can’t wait to visit again in the future - it feels like visiting a friend ❤️

Beverley is absolutely amazing at what she does. I was so nervous but she quickly eased any worries I had. The only aesthetics clinic I’ve visited where I’ve actually had everything explained to me, and in great detail - all questions answered and no stress placed on time. safety and achieving the best possible results is clearly a top priority here!
