She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. On top of that, Charlotte is so warm and welcoming that every visit feels like catching up with a friend. I leave not only with glowing skin but also feeling completely relaxed and uplifted.

Charlotte is very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. Reassured me and talked me throughout the whole process. My first visit to Luiza yesterday for Hifu treatment. I found Luiza to be very welcoming and explained the procedure in great detail. The Hifu treatment was not painful or uncomfortable. I can see a slight difference in my chin and jowls area, and hoping to see more over the coming weeks. Would definately see Luiza again for other treatments.

I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I love my treatments with Luiza, she is very professional and provides a welcoming and comfortable environment in her treatment room. She always explains the process and steps of whatever treatment I’m having. She is very easy going and we chat about all sorts of interesting topics!

Luiza is highly skilled, thoughtful and great company to be in. She listens intently to all that you say before responding with a professional opinion. I feel she is a rare find and I travel an hour for Hifu treatment with Luiza. I have now also brought my mum for treatment. We have both seen initial results and look forward to further ongoing results in the months ahead.
