Sara was welcoming, attentive, friendly & professional. The Japenese Hair Spa was just lovely. From the subtle lighting, the wonderful heated blankets to the warm water jets, massage, lotions and lastly gorgeous blow dry. Different levels of massage pressure are available. So this treatment would be suitable for anyone looking to relax and ultimately leave looking and feeling fab!

A very personal and professional service tailored to my changing needs. Been before and next appointment booked, surely that is the best recommendation.
