Amazing! Emma was so friendly & professional, she explained each step as she went along with regular check ins to make sure I was okay and made me feel so comfortable. I was sent pre & post care information via email before my appointment and then sent home with a post care package. Thankyou so much, highly recommend xx

From start to finish my experience was amazing and the results more than I expected. Ellie is a delight, very informative, will answer any questions you might have, is great at her job and putting you at ease. If you need that bit of a boost, don't hesitate. Highly recommended. Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.
