Had a blackhead extraction today with Jess and I could not be happier! I had been putting this off for so long and so glad I finally went. Jess is such a great professional, really kind and attentive, and took the time to talk me through my skin and give me proper advice. Her hands are so light I barely felt a thing, it was so smooth and painless! The studio is really clean and welcoming. This lovely lady really helped me out of a hole this weekend as well as gave me a fab treatment today. Was a little more than what I was expecting to pay compared to others (and she did tell me upfront and advised why so very clear hence I was happy) but it wasn't a basic treatment as I usually get elsewhere and I left feeling really looked after. Thank you appreciate it!
